The most straightforward application. Banks assess your payslips and account conduct, so consistency across the three months you submit matters more than anything else.
Documents to prepare
- ID or Smart card ID (front and back)
- Latest 3 months' payslips
- Latest 3 months' bank statements
- Fully signed Offer to Purchase
Good to know
- — If you earn commission, submit 6 months' bank statements instead of 3.
- — Statements must be the bank-issued PDF or stamped originals, not screenshots.
