Applications in a company name

When the buyer is a company, banks underwrite both the entity and the directors behind it. Expect to prove business cash flow and personal strength side by side.

Documents to prepare

  • Signed Offer to Purchase in the company's name
  • ID copies for all active directors or members
  • Latest 3 months' payslips
  • Auditor's letter stating monthly drawings
  • Auditor's letter confirming shareholding percentage of the applicant
  • 3 months' latest personal bank statements
  • 6 months' business bank statements
  • 2 years' latest financials
  • 6 months' management accounts
  • CK document

Good to know

  • If married in community of property, the applicant must apply together with their spouse.
  • The Offer to Purchase must match the registered entity name exactly.
